Accepting our bodies, our flaws and thing that we do not like in ourselves and learn to love those little things make a huge difference on how people see us. Evey person is unique and no one is perfect, so love yourself. When you look in the mirror don’t look at what you don’t like, smile and appreciate all the beautiful things you are made of and how beautiful you are!

social media workshops start may 7th

TRENDS is hosting their new 2011 workshops this year on May 7th and 21st at 2:00 pm at Scotia Bank Theatre in downtown Vancouver. The workshops will focus on using social media to get your fashion messages out there! Learn how to use Twitter from Priscilla at CTV, who works as their official CTV Twitter Representative. Learn how to use Youtube and Blogs from Andrea, a fashionable communications student who has been blogging before it became popular. Danielle, a fashion consultant at Holt Renfrew would like to give you some fashion tips and introduce to you whats hot for this spring/summer season. If you’re a high school student we would like to meet YOU! Meet other girls your age and get a foot into the fashion industry by meeting industry professionals right now!

If indeed you like fashion and want to meet other girls your age then TRENDS is the place for you!
